"Rippling Unifies HR, Payroll, and IT with Time-Saving Automation"

5/5

What do you like best about Rippling?

What stands out most about Rippling is that it’s more than just payroll or HR—it connects HR, payroll, benefits, IT, apps, devices, expenses, and more in one platform. The biggest upside is the automation: when someone joins, changes roles, or leaves, updates can flow across multiple systems automatically. That can save a lot of admin time, reduce errors, and make things much easier as a company grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

One downside of Rippling is that it can feel a bit complex, especially for smaller companies that may not need all of its features. The platform covers a lot, but that can also mean more setup, learning, and potentially higher costs as you add modules. Customer support can also be frustrating at times. If you only need basic payroll and HR, Rippling may be more than you really need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rippling helps solve a lot of the administrative headaches that come with managing employees. It brings payroll, HR, benefits, time tracking, IT access, and employee onboarding into one place. It also automates tasks like onboarding and offboarding, which saves time, reduces manual work, and helps prevent things from falling through the cracks as the business grows.
