What do you like best about Rippling?

I love the user-friendly interface and how you can find everything you need in one place! I don't notice any lag as I move from page to page on the interface. As a result, I can do my job efficiently and complete the tasks required of me. I also appreciate the notifications and the app on your phone, which give me the flexibility to check benefit information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I feel like the time clock feature could be a little better. It's easy to clock in, but it would be easier if there were a lunch button and a break button. There have been instances where I mean to clock out for my lunch break and will accidentally hit the clock-out button to end my shift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to easily keep track of the employees within the organization, and it has helped make the onboarding process easier for new employees. Benefits, time, and learning modules are all in one place using Rippling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
