"Amazing Early Career Event Platform"

What do you like best about RippleMatch?

I love RippleMatch's event platform. We have hosted multiple events through the platform and they make it extremely easy to set them up as well as source for them. We can easily pull data on RSVPs vs Attendance as well as see exactly where our RXVPs come grom with their specific source tracking links. The team at RM is always helpful for any questions that we have as well as keeping us updated on new features or how to optimize features we are not currently using. What do you dislike about RippleMatch?

RippleMatch has a very high level of tech candidates and candidates from high-caliber schools. Even with the algorithm, sometimes candidates that do not fit get through to our jobs. It can also be pretty manual meaning recruiters have a hard time getting used to using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RippleMatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

They solve any of our issues with planning and hosting events. We have been able to get a great influx of candidates from that for our early career and intern roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
