I am a user of GTreasury since 2012 and has significantly improved their services, there are a few areas where enhancements would add even more value. The user interface, while functional, could benefit from a more modern and intuitive design in some modules. Additionally, certain workflows—such as file processing or error resolution—can be somewhat rigid and require manual intervention, which could be improved with more automation and flexibility. GTreasury is helping us solve key challenges around cash visibility, bank connectivity, and manual treasury processes. Prior to GTreasury, our cash position data was fragmented across multiple banking portals and regions, often requiring manual effort and time-consuming reconciliations. GTreasury centralizes this information, giving us real-time visibility into our global cash, enabling more informed and timely decisions. Additionally, its automation of daily bank statements and reporting has significantly reduced manual tasks, improved accuracy, and enhanced internal controls.
