What do you like best about Ringy (formerly iSales)?

The text/email drip feature is the best feature. you can set up weeks of drips to go out to prospective buyers. This level of follow up helps you stand out in a big way. Linking your calendly to a text drip to help get appointments is also a wonderful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ringy (formerly iSales)?

My strongest dislike is the mobile app. I understand that it's brand new, but it's ability to do anything you need is extremely limited. You cannot click on a lead and see their info, you cannot use the search tool to find leads in your lead database, you cannot disposition a lead from the app either. I would say it's useful for reading incoming texts and that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ringy (formerly iSales) solving and how is that benefiting you?

The follow up game is as close to solved as it can be with iSalesCRM. Text and email drips, scheduling follow ups from within the CRM that auto links to your google calendar. invaluable. I'm not sure how to solve the problems the app has. Hopefully by mentioning it here in the review the designers can take the feedback and make the necessary changes to make the mobile app useful.
