"All-in-One Contact Center Platform with Strong Omnichannel Routing"

4.5/5

What do you like best about RingCX?

What I like most about RingCX is that it brings the core contact center building blocks into a single platform, instead of forcing me to stitch together separate tools. From an implementation standpoint, the strongest part of the offering is the combination of Omnichannel routing, ADC, IVR, skills-based routing, and qcallback. I especially appreciate the value that comes from the routing capabilities and channel coverage, since those are usually the areas where contact center projects become operationally messy. What do you dislike about RingCX?

What I dislike most about RingCX is that the overall value depends heavily on getting the implementation and the planned setup choices right. The core contact center features are strong, but configuring omnichannel routing, IVR skills, queues, dialers, recording, reporting, and CRM integrations isn’t something to take lightly. Reporting and analytics are useful, but I’d still like more clarity on what’s available out of the box versus what requires additional configuration or a higher package. The main improvements I’d like to see are simpler admin guidance, clearer visibility into feature entitlements, and a stronger implementation checklist covering routing, QA, AI, and integrations. What problems is RingCX solving and how is that benefiting you?

OK, what problems is RingCX solving? For me, it tackles the challenge of managing customer conversations that are spread across too many disconnected channels and tools, instead of treating voice, digital messaging, routing, and reporting as separate operational pieces. I see RingCX as a more centralized contact center layer that pulls those parts together into a more cohesive workflow.

Some of the main benefits I’ve noticed include stronger routing and queue control, more consistent agent handling, better visibility for supervisors and operations, and support for multiple customer channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
