What do you like best about RingCentral Video?

I love using RingCentral Video to submit documentation for conversations I've had with families as a notetaker. It's an awesome product that helps me remember conversations by allowing me to look back at the transcription to update and remind myself of discussed items. I really appreciate that I can just turn it on in an instant, especially compared to other sites where there might be issues. As long as I have RingCentral, I can immediately click into it and utilize it without a hitch. I fell in love with it when I started using it, as it's very easy to use. What do you dislike about RingCentral Video?
