What helps me most day to day is being able to route social comments, DMs, and mentions that need a proper reply into the same place the support team already works. That way, things don’t end up sitting unanswered in a separate inbox as often. I can also keep an eye on the volume and basic handling times for social contacts, which gives me cleaner numbers when I’m putting together the weekly social updates. Some of the reporting views take more clicks than they should when I’m only trying to see social channel activity. Overall, the interface feels clearly built more for agents and supervisors than for marketing insights, so I still end up exporting data fairly often. Also, a couple of times, social interactions took longer than I expected to show up in the queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
