The real-time queue view is what I end up checking most days. It lets me see how many contacts are waiting, which channels are picking up, and whether anything is starting to back up, all without having to jump between different tools. That makes it easier to spot issues early and give a clearer update when volume spikes. The historical numbers are useful too, especially when I’m looking back at patterns across different shifts. Some of the reporting filters take more clicks than they really should, especially when I just need a straightforward view of a single queue or a specific time period. Overall, the interface feels like it’s designed more for agents and supervisors than for pure ops tracking, so I still end up exporting data fairly often to get what I need. I’ve also noticed a couple of instances where the digital channel status lagged a bit during peak hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
