What i like best about RingCentral Contact Center is how it brings customer interactions across voice and digital channels into one place. The interface is fairly easy to navigate,,, and having call routing, interactions history and reposting tools together makes it easier to manage customer queries without constantly switching between systems. I also appreciate its integration capabilities, which help connect contact centre workflows with other business too;s. overall, It helps the team stay organized, respond to customers more efficiently and maintain a more consistent support experience. the setup can take some initial effort, but once the workflows are configured, daily operations becomes much smoother. One thing I dislike about RingCentral Contact Centre is that performance can occasionally feel inconsistent when handling multiple tasks or switching between different views. The platform also takes some time to configure properly, especially when setting up integrations and customising workflows. Pricing is another consideration, as the overall cost can add up depending on the features, licenses, and support required. For smaller teams it may be difficult to justify the investment if they don’t use the full range of features. I would like to see more flexible pricing options and a smoother setup experience to make it more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
