The biggest practical help for me has been having social comments, DMs, and mentions that need proper replies land in the same place where the support team already works. Before, those messages could sit in a separate social inbox and end up missed or delayed. Now I can clearly see the volume coming from social and whether it’s being picked up, without constantly checking multiple places. The basic reports are also handy when I need quick numbers for the weekly marketing update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the reporting filters take more clicks than they should when I’m just trying to view social channel activity. I don’t handle the deeper setup myself, but from watching others work through it, the process can feel a bit heavy, especially if you’re only using one part of the system. Also, on a couple of occasions, social interactions took longer than I expected to appear in the queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
