What do you like best about RingByName?

The best thing about RingbyName is it helps in managing Customers. It is an amazing application that lets you recognise the incoming call of the customer by displaying his/her details on the application. It helps the customer executive agent to easily recognise the caller. Also, number of missed calls can also be tracked using this Application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingByName?

It has several very good features but unfortunately have not had the opportunity to test out any of the additional features yet with our office or are feature our office just wont benefit from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingByName solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been impressed with the RingByName software and also with the staff at RingByName. To me customer service is as important as the software. RingByName has always been there when we have needed them, proactive and also to make it clear, usually when we call is because we want to change something or do something outside the normal scope of use and RingByName always comes through.
