"RiLiFi Makes Virtual Events Engaging with Smooth Quizzes, Spin Wheel, and AI Drafts"

What do you like best about RiLiFi?

I’m a Salesforce architect and community group leader based in DC, running a virtual group that reaches members across a wide area, along with some in-person events. Keeping a distributed audience engaged is one of my biggest challenges, and RiLiFi has made that much easier.

I’ve used the live quizzes and spin wheel at the events I organize, and the experience has been smooth. Attendees join from their phones with a PIN or link, with nothing to download, which matters when people are dialing in from all over. The quizzes keep people participating instead of passively watching and the leaderboard adds friendly competition, and the spin wheel adds fun for giveaways and icebreakers.

Smart Folders are useful. I can keep everything for an event in one place and share it with co-organizers, so nothing is stuck on one person’s laptop.

The newer features stand out too. Generate with AI drafts a quiz, poll, or even a whole session from a short prompt, which saves real prep time. Word clouds show the group’s input at a glance, and Q&A with upvotes makes the experience more seamless for a virtual audience. I’d recommend giving RiLiFi a try. What do you dislike about RiLiFi?

The playbooks on the RiLiFi blog are wonderful and full of practical tips, but a few short how-to videos would help, especially for walking new co-organizers through running a live session for the first time. I’d also love to see a Slack integration. Much of the Salesforce community conversation happens in Slack, so being able to share sessions, polls, or results there would make it easier to keep our group engaged between events. What problems is RiLiFi solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a virtual group spread across a wide area, it’s hard to recreate the energy of an in-person meetup. RiLiFi gives me quizzes, spin wheels, word clouds, and Q&A in one workspace, so members stay engaged whether they’re joining remotely or in the room. As an architect, I value consolidating tools, and RiLiFi has the potential to replace the separate engagement tools I’ve been using.
