I really like how easy everything was from start to finish. The setup took less than a day and then I was in responding to reviews and able to reach out proactively to get more reviews from my members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much I would change about the platform now. The only things at this time would be more analytics and data and a better notification system in place. However, I have spoken with the founder, and these things are already on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
