What do you like best about RigoHR?

The software is very easy to use and it is very accurate and handles compliance part very well. Implementation is fast and their customer support is knowledgeable and very responsive. Their support team is like HR consultant. The software can be integrated with our ERP system and that is a huge time-saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RigoHR?

It is a little more costly than other software available in Nepal. But when I am willing to pay some extra price for the benefits received. They do not customize the software. Though it is not an issue as their software is very flexible and can be configured the way you like. What problems is RigoHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RigoHR, we had another local system. We were not able to implement that system and roll out to user no matter how hard we worked.

When we adopted Rigo, they implemented the system in two weeks and employees are loving the system.

Rigo has brought most of the employee related tasks in to a single platform. We are saving time, cost and employee engagement has increased. Top level management and auditors can get what they need from the system. Overall it has made our HR Management easy.
