The guided playbook setup made getting started straightforward, using our existing website details to draft a solid starting point instead of configuring everything from scratch, and the interface stays intuitive even as segmentation rules get more layered. It integrates cleanly with our existing site without needing a major rebuild, and performance has been fast, with personalized content loading without noticeable delay for visitors. Pricing scales with traffic, but the ROI has been solid given how much more relevant our messaging feels to different visitor types. Onboarding was smooth thanks to the guided setup, and while it's not built around conversational AI, the logic behind segmenting visitors through quizzes has consistently produced more accurate personalization than relying on behavioral guesswork alone. Setting up more advanced personalization rules beyond the initial guided playbooks took additional configuration and testing to get messaging accurate for each segment. Some segments overlap in ways that made it tricky to avoid showing conflicting or redundant messaging to the same visitor. Integrations with some of our other marketing tools aren't as deep as we'd like, occasionally requiring manual syncing. Support response times for more nuanced configuration questions were slower than expected, and pricing scales with traffic volume, which becomes a bigger consideration as our site's visitor numbers grow.
