The modern and robust AI-based technology is something we value for its speed in delivering reports. Furthermore, RidgeBot is easy to use, and although I initially needed to familiarize myself with the tool, once I did, it turned out to be very intuitive. This is something we highly value on the technical side, as we have many solutions and consoles, and the easier they are to use, the faster the adoption. **What do you dislike about RidgeBot?** Look, I think that even though I do the tests, I feel that I still have to do manual tests to have the confidence of a well-robust analysis. I think that with the audit compliance times, there are issues that I believe can be improved. It also distances it from use in special itinerant analyses that would require a credit model for our users who go to the solar plants. I also miss some templates that would allow it to be used, for example, in "non-invasive" mode to be able to use it in high-criticality environments where nothing can fail, but without having to customize everything to ensure that nothing important is taken out of service. Support for OT devices could also be improved. **What problems is RidgeBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** discovery of vulnerabilities in the hybrid enterprise infrastructure with a very large attack surface.
