"Rides Rental Software has changed my life and my business!"

What do you like best about Rides Rental?

It is a completely hands off turnkey solution for my business. Previous to Rides Rental we were using fare harbor; then we tried fleetwire and neither one of them provided my business the solutions we needed. The best part is the beautiful custom website they designed for us, the online booking, digital document signing, ID collection and security deposit and payment all done during the booking process without ever having to speak to my customers. Not only that, they do our SEO, which has improved our Google rankings and search results; they also provide a CRM where I am easily able to manage my customers, remarket to them and track all sales and revenue. Lastly, I would say that the inventory management and ease of adding new inventory is incredibly simple and easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rides Rental?

What problems is Rides Rental solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ease of online booking. Previous to rides rental we were having customers sign our rental agreements on the day of the rental; making copies of their insurance cards and drivers licenses. Now that we have joined rides rental, we are quite literally paperless now! Everything is collected and signed right online through the booking process which has freed up so much of my time allowing me to spend more time advertising and marketing the business, as well being able to spend more time with my family.
