  ### 1. Aligns Teams with Leadership Goals Effectively

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

I like Rhythm because it serves as a great tool for our weekly status calls. We can track and measure KPIs and talk about priorities as a team, which helps us have shared goals and objectives.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

I think some of the things that could be improved is just the linking of goals. For example, if the leadership team sets goals for me, I'm not clear on how they are updated with my team goals, and sometimes my team has to update their individual goals and then cut and paste the update into the team goals. And I think there should be a solution for linking that better. Also, I would say there definitely was a learning curve. I had to read the book and listen to the audio, but I've assigned a team expert to be our in-house Rhythm expert for the initial setup, so it doesn't bog the team down.

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhythm allows me to set priorities for the marketing team that align with leadership goals, ensuring shared goals and clear quarterly expectations. It's a great tool for tracking and measuring KPIs during our weekly status calls, fostering shared team objectives.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

I use Rhythm for work with my team to track our quarter goals and year targets. Rhythm helps eliminate the need for constant reminders or follow-ups by showing me what I need to work on the moment I open it. What I like most about Rhythm is the easiness to use. I always know where all my goals are, and I can keep track of what I'm doing and how long it's taking me. I am able to set my own goals and track my progress using different colors like red, yellow, and green, which helps me prioritize my tasks. The initial setup was great as we could set our teams, set our goals, and were guided through its features.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

I think that it would be nice to add a feature that lets you live chat with your team members. I know Rhythm lets you add comments, but I think it would also be beneficial to provide a chat area so that goals can be discussed in the Rhythm platform, rather than in 3rd party applications, like TEAMS or email.

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rhythm to track both quarterly and yearly goals with my team, eliminating the need for constant reminders. It shows me exactly what to work on and allows me to monitor progress efficiently with color-coded priorities.

It helps me stay on track with my priorities. I understand what is going on within my team's performance but also with the entire company's performance. The UI/UX is great and I love the dashboards you can customize.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

I like how Rhythm is very easy to use. What works especially well is how easy it is to see all of my goals and objectives and KPIs in one spot, and I can track my weekly progress. The initial setup was quite easy, and straightforward, especially since we didn't have much to enter, and everyone did their part easily.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

Some features, like the general UI experience, gave me trouble. The process of clicking buttons, going to the next page, and leaving comments, especially during quarterly assessments, was problematic. I had difficulties knowing what fields were required and finalizing and submitting the assessments. I had to go back through each page to find all the blank fields.

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhythm helps me manage quarterly calls and weekly check-ins, track goals, KPIs, and assessments, and solve the problem of tracking details.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

I like Rhythm for its flexibility in setting up OKRs and goals. This flexibility helps in organizing information and aligning departments and teams effectively. Although it can be confusing at first, especially for new users trying to understand where to start, the ability it provides to tailor goals and protocols to our understanding is a positive aspect.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

I find it sometimes confusing how to start or where to follow because of the flexibility in setting up OKRs and goals when you are new to the tool. The weekly tracking of KPIs is also confusing. It's weird for me how you should track it, and the UI and UX in that aspect are so confusing.

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rhythm for tracking company goals and OKRs, aligning departments and teams, and organizing information.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

I like the simplicity of the Rhythm system. I also enjoy its ability to handle multiple levels. This helps us manage the panels by departments and their sublevels, allowing the right people to see what they need and ensuring all the information is concentrated at the same time. The initial setup of Rhythm was easy due to its similarity to Inteam.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

I don't like the execution of formulas or the few rules that Rhythm has. Currently, the system only adds or averages, which is fine, but some indicators need other operators to be calculated. Likewise, the expiration rules don't always work well, as they take incorrect parameters.

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhythm solves the lack of visibility in critical areas and improves business traceability. Manage panels by departments and sublevels, allowing the right people to see what is necessary. Its simple interface concentrates all the information.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

What I like best about Rhythm is that it simplifies the content creation and optimization process in a very intuitive way. The interface is easy to navigate, and it helps me work faster while still improving the quality and performance of my content.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

What I dislike about Rhythm is that some advanced features have a learning curve, and at times the platform can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. I also think that more customization options in certain areas and occasional performance improvements would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhythm is solving the problem of inefficient and unstructured content planning and optimization. It brings all the steps—research, creation, and performance tracking—into one place, which saves me time and reduces guesswork. As a result, I can create more focused, higher-quality content and make better decisions based on data, improving both productivity and results.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

I have used Rhythm consistently, did not make use of any new tools lately. 

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

Maybe an AI analytical tool. if you create a goal, fill in a week in sync or a status, let AI evaluate. A lot of times with the week in sync, I see people just go through their calendar instead of picking their big rocks. Same for goals and statuses, they can all be improved with a better structure, which should be possible to let an AI model evaluate. 

**What problems is Rhythm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Look forward to the (near) future and help the team work towards the same goal(s). The ability to link goals under annual initiatives also helps every team member to think about quarterly goals that help reach annual initiatives.

**What do you like best about Rhythm?**

The ability to track and monitor my goals. It was a rough start but once we received a little bit of training and were able to work on it alone, the system was very easy to use and kept me focused on my tasks.

**What do you dislike about Rhythm?**

There seems to be a lot of button pushes. Not sure exactly how we are going to be using this, other than for tracking our invidual goals and creating a weekly snapshot for supervisors to see.

Keeping my goals on the front burner rather than getting lost in the chaos of the weekly tasks. Helps me focus on what is important each week.
