I really appreciate how Rhymetec plugs into our organization at the level we decide. Having a shared Slack channel and their control over our Vanta instance helps them slot in like an employee. They have taken a lot off our plate, managing ISO and SOC audits, handling customer questionnaires and RFPs, all without having us change our processes or operations. Their team works faster than having just one in-house person, turning things around quickly. It's great not having to hire a full-time employee for a role nobody wants to do, freeing up our people for more impactful work. The SLA and quality of work are impressive, the pricing is reasonable, and the team is nice.
