When we first reached out to Chelsea, we needed help collecting more recent reviews of projects we had completed. We knew we needed the reviews, but we just did not have the time to reach out to past and current customers. Chelsea tackled the initiative with enthusiasm - reaching out to all our clients and not giving up until they conducted the review. At no time was Chelsea pushy with the clients - she was courteous yet assertive. Because of Chelsea's dedication to increasing our reviews, my company won 2 awards - one regional and one national! Chelsea has increased our total number of reviews and is constantly following up with clients as their project ends. She does this across various platforms to hit our target audience where they are searching for services to help solve their needs.
