This is very useful because it suggests similar content, saving me a lot of time in searching. I also really like the fact that I can immediately see the status of each project, so I know who has completed their part, what is missing, and what the deadline is. I no longer have to chase people because everything is there. Honestly, the integration with tools like Word, Google Documents, and Salesforce is convenient because I don't have to leave my normal workflow to use it.
