What do you like best about Reward?

What I really liked about Reward platform is that , it is easy to handle. Also a variety of various rewards are available in the platform. What problems is Reward solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reward provides a space or platform for employees to recognize and reward them. Also the employees have lack of motive and income by which reward platform helps to give both of them by giving them a small reward for their genuine reviews.
