What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

RG is working on implementing Mastercard solution for award redemption in countries where there is no reward marketplace available. They are also working on impkemeting a dashboard to benchmark best practices of R&R with the industry. Both initiatives will benefit me as I manage R&R for a global company and I always focus on making opportunities inclusive and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
