What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

It allows you to be fully customizable in what you're sending to your coworkers. I also like that if you send points to multiple people at once, it'll not how many points total you're sending out (so you know how many you have left). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

My coworkers complain about how we don't get an email reminder each quarter before our points expire. The old platform we used to use similar to Rewards Gateway did this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fond can solve a few problems within a company, one of which being employee disengagement. Fond allows employees to interact with fellow employees in different departments.
