What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

Very easy to use, offering exactly what you want for any activity. Between Papa John's for a quick nighttime dinner or getting an Amazon gift card for any occasion, Fond provides everything and gets you your rewards near instantaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

I've never run into a situation where I can't Fond points on getting rewards. The only downside I might add is having high cost products that I would not otherwise buy, or providing discounts that are already covered through any employer (cell phone plan discounts, rental car discounts, etc.). What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

My engagement in extra curricular work activities is up due to this extra benefit, which also benefits my employer (such as participating more in our environmental stewardship team, building emergency action team).
