What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

I like how my manager can easily grant me reward points for doing small things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

The barrier to entry used to be pretty high, but not anymore. Also it's probably more stressful for a manager to give rewards (to remember who to give rewards all the time) but I'm not sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I realized I should take initiative and try to benefit the company and team outside of my work when possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
