The search functionality is a lifesaver. I can type in a client name, a policy number, or even a word from a scanned document, and it pops right up. It sounds simple, but it saves me so much time each day. I also really appreciate the eSignature integration. It is built right into the system, so I don't have to jump to a separate platform to get a document signed. It keeps everything in one place and eliminates the version control nightmares we used to have with documents floating around in email attachments. Sometimes it feels like there are too many features that I don't need or use. The interface could be a bit simpler for someone who just needs to find files, process them, and send them for approval. I occasionally run into minor glitches or delays when loading large documents. The mobile experience is okay for reviewing, but it is definitely not as robust as the desktop version, which is a bit of a pain when I am working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Revver solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of wasted time. Before, I would spend way too much time just trying to find a document or figure out where it was in the approval process. With Revver, everything is indexed and the workflow is visible, so I can track a file from start to finish in seconds.
