I like Revit because it's a single system that allows people to coauthor information and produce documents reliably. The database-based setup lets us build content specific to our industry and organizational needs, helping us document and produce construction documentation effectively. I appreciate how Revit allows different teams to communicate effectively and supports every stage from concept to detailed design. The cloud work sharing feature is great because it enables collaboration regardless of geographical location, making it easy to deploy resources from different regions. Effective communication through Revit allows us to track information and work seamlessly across different offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Revit doesn't work well for designing organic or very fluid geometry. It's really difficult to manage very fluid or curved geometries during the concept phase in Revit. It's a bit challenging to handle complex geometry because it seems to be mainly a business-based software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
