What do you like best about Reviewzie?

Reviewzie has helped us dramatically increase the amount of reviews we got online. Also love how you can automate everything. We use it everyday now and all of our techs are set up with their own QR codes so we can track whos getting the most reviews. It was easy to implement as well, set up took no time. What do you dislike about Reviewzie?

Can't think of anything yet, so far it's been working great. Maybe analytics could be more robust but for collecting and managing reviews this is perfectly fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reviewzie solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collecting reviews is usually a pain as most customers tend to not go out of their way to leave a review about their experience. Reviewzie has allowed us to automate the collection and responding to reviews as well as sharing them on online and following up with customers that havent left a review yet.
