The pricing model is what initially got our attention — we were paying significantly more with our previous reviews tool for functionality we weren't fully using. But what kept us was the native SFCC cartridge. Every other platform we evaluated required a script-tag workaround that created rendering issues on our PDP. ReviewFlow renders server-side and client side both - we wanted to use flutter, which matters for our Core Web Vitals. The moderation rules are also genuinely useful — we set auto-publish thresholds and stopped manually approving every review. That alone saves the team a few hours a week.
The frontend , UI/UX and support from reviewflow / tailoredd team is something you will find rare in india and want to call out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The admin dashboard is functional but still maturing — a few AI based actions we'd expect (like bulk status changes across multiple products) aren't there yet. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting if you're managing a large catalog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
