It's a great tool to track if all comments raised in a PR have been addressed, and at what point these were raised. On the rare occasion that we have needed customer support, even as a free tier user, they have been very helpful and responsive. I have found it has extra features to github, such as the size of the files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
