What do you like best about RevenueHero?

Routing: Inbound leads go straight from our form to a booked meeting with the right AE. Round-robin, territory, and campaign routers give us the flexibility we need.

HubSpot integration: Meetings and activity are logged automatically, and leads route based on CRM data, so the CRM stays clean and reps spend less time on admin.

UI/UX and performance: The interface is clean and intuitive, so both our ops team and AEs picked it up quickly. The booking experience is fast and smooth for prospects, and the scheduler loads instantly without slowing down our site.

The team: This is where RevenueHero stands out. Gowri made the evaluation and onboarding easy and helped us get set up quickly. Adnan has been outstanding since the beginning. What problems is RevenueHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before RevenueHero, our demo routing broke down often. Leads got stuck, went to the wrong rep, or didn’t get routed at all, and our ops team kept having to step in and fix things by hand.

Now inbound and in-app leads book instantly with the right AE, based on our routing rules and HubSpot data. It’s been reliable since day one. We moved our whole AE team over in a few weeks with very little disruption.
