While I'm not a regular front-end user for this system, there are several features I think are really nice/helpful for our reps.

- Voicemail Drop

- Ability to audit/correct related records directly in the RingDNA panel (saves reps a lot of time vs. having to rely on a Salesforce repot)

- Ability to edit SF fields directly in the RingDNA panel (saves time having to toggle back to SF)

- Support with onboarding; Ty & Adam have been wonderful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I believe some of these are in the works/coming soon:

- Auto associate with an Opp vs Account in SF

- It'd be nice if there was a basic transcript provided without having to use/sign-up for the AI package

- Must have and keep the RingDNA panel open to receive notifications etc. when getting an inbound call; would be cool if this could be imbedded into a SF popup or something along those lines

- Related Records tool: Would love to see the search bar at the top of the window vs the very bottom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
