## About Reveal
Reveal is a True SDK embedded analytics and business intelligence (BI) platform designed to be integrated natively into existing applications. Unlike iFrame-based or bolt-on BI tools, Reveal is purpose-built for embedding — delivering full analytical functionality inside any app with complete control over UX, branding, and architecture, and no separate licensing, infrastructure overhead, or complex setup. What Reveal does: Reveal enables software teams to add robust analytics and interactive dashboards to their products through a True SDK — meaning analytics run as a native part of your application, not an embedded webpage. End users get a self-service BI experience — including drag-and-drop dashboard creation, conversational AI analytics, data blending, drill-down, predictive analysis, dashboard linking, calculated fields, statistical functions, and interactive chart filtering — all within the host application. Platform and technology support: Reveal integrates with virtually any tech stack via native SDKs for: - Back-end frameworks: .NET Core, Java, Node.js - Front-end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, Blazor, Web Components, jQuery, MVC - Java frameworks: Spring, Tomcat, Apache - Cloud providers: All major providers fully supported - Deployment options: Cloud, private cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments - Server operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS Who it's for: Product and engineering teams building SaaS applications, enterprise software, or internal tools who need to embed analytics natively — without iFrames, redirects, or forcing users into a separate BI platform.

## Reveal Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless On-Premise Solution That Puts You in Control

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher W. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

Reveal runs entirely on our infrastructure, does not require any external connections, and is seamlessly exposed as part of our product. This was a top item when considering embedded analytics, as a number of our customers operate in highly regulated spaces. The flat-rate pricing was also key when evaluating their solution against the competition.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

They don't yet have support for Iceberg or Delta Lake tables, which has become increasingly important for some of our customers.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reveal provides embedded dashboards enabling our users to produce custom reports specific to their needs, without having to engage our team in custom development. Additionally, Reveal enables us to put our application data in the hands of data scientists, allowing a richer understanding of the data within our product. In total, we will save time as a development organization and our customers will save time as well dealing with custom reports.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> This is exactly the use case Reveal BI was built for, Christopher — highly regulated customers, fully on-prem deployment, no external connections, and an embedded analytics experience that feels completely native to your product. It's great to hear all of that is landing the way it should.
The time savings on both sides — your dev team offloading custom report requests, and your customers getting self-service Reveal dashboards that actually meet their needs — that's the compounding value of getting embedded analytics right.

On Iceberg and Delta Lake support: noted, and it's a fair callout. We're continuously expanding our data source ecosystem, and feedback like yours directly shapes that roadmap.

Glad flat-rate pricing made the decision easier too — no surprises as you scale is a promise we take seriously. 🙌

 ### 2. Seamless integration that saves money and time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tatiana R. | Stakeholders Research Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

During our research we found Reveal and they promised fast deployment, extreme security measures, and significantly lower price tag. It turned out they were right. It took about a month to deploy and the cost saving was astronomical

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Can't think of anyting, but maybe contact would be faster.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reveal significantly sped up our integration process—what would have taken us more than a year to develop internally was completed within just a few weeks. By utilizing their ready-made partner ecosystem and pre-built connectors, we were able to save countless engineering hours and eliminate the need to build a partner portal from the ground up. This level of efficiency allowed us to launch much faster and resulted in substantial savings, both in development costs and in avoiding lost opportunities. The return on investment was both immediate and substantial.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> A year of internal development compressed into a few weeks — that's not a small thing, Tatiana, and we're really proud Reveal BI could deliver that for your team.

Fast deployment, enterprise-grade security, and a price point that actually makes sense at scale are promises we make intentionally — so hearing that all three held up in practice means a lot, especially from a Mid-Market organization where the stakes on build-vs-buy decisions are real.

On response time — that's fair feedback and we appreciate you flagging it. We're always working to make sure our support experience matches the quality of the embedded analytics platform itself, and we'll take that note seriously.

Congrats on the launch! 🚀

 ### 3. White-label analytics that actually feels like ours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Radka A. | Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

The brand control is next level. We were tired of having our analytics look like a cardboard, stuck on our website. Reveal's white-label analytics naild it. Our analytics are not only a native part of our product now, but they look and feel as if we did it ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Learning the SDK is not as easy as they might want you to believe. The documentation is solid, but to get the custom feel we wanted, we had to test a few setups. It’s worth it, but don’t expect a plug-and-play experience unless you go with default settings.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer lose clients due to disconnection between our analytics system and our product. Integrating a native analytics layer boosted our user's in-app time, our conversion rate, and most importantly, our CLV

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> "Cardboard stuck on our website" — we felt that, and we're so glad those days are behind you! Seeing white-label analytics actually feel native to a product is exactly what drives us, so this one hits close to home.

Boosting in-app time, conversion rate, and CLV from a single embedded analytics integration is a seriously impressive outcome — and honestly, that's the business case for Reveal BI in a nutshell.

Your point on the SDK learning curve is fair and appreciated. Getting a truly custom data visualization experience does take some configuration, and we're always working to make that journey smoother. If there's anything our team can do to help as you continue building, don't hesitate to reach out — we're in your corner.

 ### 4. Genuine flat pricing, great for fast scaleing products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camila A. | Logistics analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

When our app took off in a spectacular manor we were anticipating when Reveal will write us about the price bump. We expected it, since that was our experience with Tableau before we switched. With Reveal, however, this moment never happened. Our usage increased by roughly 3000%, yet there were no price increases, no renegotiations, just business as usual.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Nothing that I can think of right now. It needs developers to implement, but that's hardly a downside.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed our product to scale unlimited, without taxing our success.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> 3,000% usage growth and not a single pricing conversation — that's the story we love to tell, and we're so glad you lived it firsthand. 🙌

Predictable, flat-rate pricing isn't just a feature at Reveal BI, it's a philosophy. Your success should never become a penalty. Whether you're serving hundreds of users or hundreds of thousands, your embedded analytics platform should scale with you — not send you back to the negotiating table every time you hit a new milestone.

"Scaling unlimited without taxing our success" — we might just borrow that line, Camila. That's exactly it.

Thanks for trusting Reveal to grow with you, and here's to the next 3,000%!

 ### 5. Finally a platform that doesn't use iFrames

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Data architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

Reveal is the only platform we tried that offers a genuine white-label experience. There are no iFrames, no hidden hints who's behind the analytics layer, no off-brand experience. I love it.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

The range of customization options can sometimes feel a little overwhelming.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By taking advantage of their out-of-the-box partner ecosystem, automated account mapping, and pre-built connectors, we were able to eliminate the need for manual coding of integrations, building complex data pipelines, or maintaining custom dashboards. This approach not only streamlined our go-to-market process but also allowed our partnerships and sales teams to realize value almost right away. Reveal’s infrastructure spared us considerable development overhead and let our engineering team remain focused on core product development.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> A Data Architect who loves that there are no iFrames — honestly, music to our ears. 🎶

The "True SDK" approach is something we're deeply committed to at Reveal BI. No iFrames, no vendor fingerprints, no off-brand experience sneaking through — just white-label analytics that are fully, genuinely yours. It sounds like that made a real difference in how your team was able to ship and scale.

Freeing up your engineering team from maintaining custom dashboards and data pipelines to stay focused on core product development is exactly the kind of ROI that matters most to technical leaders. Really glad the pre-built connectors and partner ecosystem helped you get there faster.

On the customization options feeling overwhelming — totally valid. Depth and simplicity are always in tension, and it's something we actively work to balance. Our support team are great resources when it feels like a lot — don't hesitate to lean on them!

 ### 6. Amazing tool for customer-facing analytics for non-tech users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario M. | Procurement analyst, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

We recently integrated Reveal to give our customers the ability to check analytics for themselves. The main idea was to reduce the workload of our dev team and give them the time to work on our core product instead. Our main concern was that we have predominantly non-tech users as clients, so the solution had to be real easy to manage by the end users. Reveal delivered. ent levels doubled over the past month (since we use them).

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Since there are tons of configurations, it was a bit overwhelming to decide what to introduce to our users. Once you get used to it, it's fairly easy to manage, but for a fast deployment, you're feeling more like a noob than a professional. This being said, teams without a professional developrs team will probably find it hard to implement, even though there are SDKs APIs, documentation, and support.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a relatively new brand on the market, we didn't want our customers to leave our product for analytics, and we didn't want to advertise a third-party vendor through our integrated analytics. Thus, Reveal's white-label analytics truly hit the spot when it comes to our needs.

 ### 7. True self-service dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angie R. | Tech leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

Reveal's self-service dashboards allowed our predominantly non-tech user base to create and view analytics dashboards without any developer help. This not only increased the adoption and retention rates, but also significantly reduced the dev backlog. It's a win all around

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Advanced visualization are definitely not beginner friendly and we still receive requests for help in that direction.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to move faster without sacrificing control. We were able to automate repetitive tasks, align our teams more efficiently, and maintain clear oversight of projects from start to finish. The balance between speed and governance has been a major advantage.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> Non-technical users building their own Reveal dashboards, dev backlog shrinking, adoption and retention climbing — that really is a win all around, and exactly what self-service embedded analytics should look like in practice.

The balance between speed and governance you described is something we think about constantly at Reveal BI. Giving end users the freedom to explore data visualization independently, while keeping technical teams in control of the underlying infrastructure, is a hard balance to strike — really glad it's paying off for your organization.

On advanced visualizations being a steeper climb for newer users — fair point. There's a lot of depth in there, and we're always looking at ways to make that more approachable. Your support team is always a good first stop when those requests come in!

 ### 8. World-class support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gonzalo V. | Sales analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

Without a doubt the best support I've ever communicated with. They respond pretty much imidiately. We had a deployment issue due to some cross-origin prblems, and we contacted the support. They managed to introduce a new code that fixed the issue in a matter of hours. After that all dashboards embedded seamlessly and there was no lag, regardless of the user's machine.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

The dashboard cloning feature is a bit off. It's works well, but the user should have the ability to duplicate a layout with reseted filters or at least make it easier to change datasets.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reveal successfully replaced three other tools slashing the overall price in half. Moreover, they did it without losing any data and with custom integration support.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> Same-day code fix for a cross-origin deployment issue — that's our support team doing what they do best, and we're really glad it got your embedded dashboards running smoothly without any lag on the other side.

Replacing three tools, cutting costs in half, zero data loss, and custom integration support to get there — that's a serious consolidation win and exactly the kind of outcome Reveal BI is built to deliver.

The dashboard cloning feedback is a good one — the ability to duplicate layouts with reset filters or flexible dataset swapping is a reasonable ask, and we'll make sure that gets logged for the product team. The more specific the feedback, the better we can prioritize.

Thanks for the kind words, Gonzalo — "world-class support" is a title we'll work hard to keep earning! 🏆

 ### 9. Beautiful data that grabs attention

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** claudio b. | Proyect Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

The premium feel of the dashboards skyrocketed our analytics use. Our users spend 435% more time on our app thanks to these user-friendly, beautiful designs. And I know it's 435% more, because we use the analytics in-house as well.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

You need a development team to implement it. They have APIs, SDKs and tons of documentation and support, you still need a developer to make it work. We had to hire a freelancer to do it for us.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reveal allowed us to introduce fully branded, professional looking dashboards which our customers love and use. This decreased our bounce rate, increased our retention and significantly increased the time spent on our website.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> 435% more time on app — and you know it's 435% because you're using Reveal dashboards to track it. That's the most satisfying kind of proof point there is. 😄

A premium, fully branded data visualization experience that actually gets used isn't easy to pull off — so hearing that the look and feel of Reveal BI directly moved the needle on bounce rate, retention, and engagement is exactly what we build for.

On needing a developer to implement — that's a genuine and honest callout, especially for smaller teams. Reveal is a true embedded analytics SDK, which means some technical lift is part of the deal. We're always working to lower that barrier, but in the meantime our documentation and support team are there to make the process as smooth as possible.

Glad the freelancer investment paid off — clearly many times over!

 ### 10. AI-powered analytics like no other

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant M. | Project Manager, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Reveal?**

The conversational AI analytics is definitely the highlight of Reveal. It's the feature that skyrocketed our adoption and quadrupled our client base. People love getting what they need by typing a regular question, like in Google.

**What do you dislike about Reveal?**

Everything is off by default. This makes integrating the AI within your app much more difficult than it should be. I get that it's about security, but still.

**What problems is Reveal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reveal's AI-powered analytics drove our adoption rates through the roof, quadrupled our client base, and the custumer satisfaction levels are at an all-time high.

**Official Response from Sydney Vizi:**

> Quadrupled client base. All-time high customer satisfaction. All off the back of conversational analytics. Grant, this is the kind of outcome that gets shared in team meetings — thank you for putting it into words!

Making data accessible to anyone who can type a question is at the core of Reveal AI, and hearing that it's what drove adoption through the roof in a construction mid-market context is a great reminder that intuitive data visualization isn't just a "tech company" thing — it's universal.

On everything being off by default — we hear you, and it's a real tradeoff. AI is opt-in by design because enterprise governance and data security aren't optional for a lot of our customers, but we appreciate that it adds friction upfront. It's feedback we're actively working to address through better onboarding.

Thanks for sticking with it — clearly worth it! 😄
