I like how easily Reveal integrated into our products and how easy it is to build dashboards. It’s easy for our customers to use, and they can create their own dashboards. I like being able to present data in ways that show customers how their business is doing, rather than just giving them reports with numbers. I also find Reveal’s cost model very attractive, especially the unlimited license. Initial setup was relatively easy, and we had it running and creating dashboards in about six weeks. I don’t have much to complain about. The support team is responsive and has fixed things when we needed them, but sometimes responses are a little slower than I’d like, especially when they’re trying to get a release out the door. I may just be impatient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
