I use Rev for AI transcription and reviewing transcripts for key times. The transcripts are fast and accurate, often ready within minutes, and Rev is available 24/7. I like being able to search transcripts, ask questions with the AI tools, and find key points. Transcription can run in the background while I do other work, and Rev gets through even large files quickly. I find the templates and file organization helpful, and I can download transcripts as Word or PDF files. Rev gives me generous minutes each month, is competitively priced compared with similar tools, and is fully featured. The system is user-friendly and easy to figure out after handling a case or two, and setup was exceptionally easy—I could start uploading files after signing up. I can also feed transcripts into my practice management tool and other AI-assisted tools.
