I like that you can maintain a complete database of all your customers and their accounts indefinitely, which is especially valuable from an archival perspective. You can also generate quotes, reports, lists, and opportunities, track sales, and convert quotes into service orders, so everything stays in one unified system that an entire organization can use. Most of the time it works well and I don’t run into performance issues, and I appreciate being able to open multiple account tabs to view several customer profiles at once. It also places buttons for the main functions across the top of the page, which makes it easy to find the specific information I need within each account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me several months to learn how to use it properly, and even now I’m still discovering new things. There is a lot to learn about this product. Another issue is that it’s very difficult to delete accounts or documentation you’ve created, so mistakes can end up being “stuck” unless you have admin-level access. Also, some functions lock up if someone else is viewing the same information at the same time. Overall, I find it to be a very particular program, and you really have to approach it the way it wants to be approached. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
