What do you like best about Reunion?

I’ve used both Tripleseat and Reunion, and Reunion is hands down the better option. It’s much easier to use, and the features genuinely make my day-to-day work simpler. Being able to text clients directly through the platform, automate follow-ups, send beautiful proposals, track leads, set reminders, and manage everything in one place makes a huge difference.

I also really appreciate how easy it is to update proposals, build different options for clients, and keep all communication organized without constantly jumping between systems. But the biggest difference for me is the leads. Reunion actually brings in new business, and we’ve received some very large event inquiries through the platform that we likely wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. It’s not just an event management system—it’s a sales tool that truly helps grow revenue. After using Tripleseat, I’d choose Reunion any day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reunion?

What problems is Reunion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reunion solves a lot of the biggest headaches that come with event sales. Before, so much time was spent manually following up with leads, going back and forth over proposals, and trying to keep track of client conversations. Now I can text and email clients directly from the platform, automate follow-ups, set reminders, and make changes to proposals in seconds. It makes it so much easier to stay organized and keep potential bookings from slipping through the cracks. The biggest benefit, though, is lead generation. We're getting large, high-value event inquiries directly through Reunion, so it's not just saving us time, it's actually helping us book more events and bring in more revenue.
