What do you like best about Retrofitting CNC Machines Without a PLC or OPC UA?

It was really simple to set up and integrate into our process. The guys on the floor appreciate the clear overview of the production orders and don’t have to pull up one order after another. Recommendations to others considering Retrofitting CNC Machines Without a PLC or OPC UA:

Using the tablet option as a display near the machines is a good idea. Just as important is clear communication to the shop floor about why you are introducing the system, because that is key to getting acceptance. Otherwise, people may assume it is only there to monitor or surveil how fast they work, which is not what the system is for.
