What do you like best about Retriever - Remote Laptop Retrieval?

Retreiver offers a very straightforward service, handling all aspects of retrieval, storage, and new employee onboarding. They've thought of every step of the process, have excellent communication around any issues, and do so at a fantastic value. We were able to start using them within a day or two of making our decision and have used to them to handle all of our hardware needs for the year. I would highly recommend. What do you dislike about Retriever - Remote Laptop Retrieval?

With Retreiver, you need to buy credits in order to use the service. While the cost isn't excessive, I find the process a bit bothersome. I would prefer if we could simply make changes as needed and then be billed, or have the option to pay on a regular monthly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Retriever - Remote Laptop Retrieval solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retriever allows you to collect and issue hardware to employees. They handle all aspects of the communication (including reminders), packaging, labeling, etc., taking an enormous burden off our HR and IT teams, especially in moments of larger organizational restructuring.
