I liked that Rethink Behavioral Health was a one-stop shop with everything needed for an ABA company, while still being very easy to use. The total ease of use stood out. I really liked the treatment goal bank because it was so easy to use, and I liked being able to customize all the documentation layouts for payer source compliance. The availability of customer service was tough to grapple with. When staff members couldn’t access their accounts, they often couldn’t get help in the moment.
