What do you like best about Retensa?

Retensa could not have been more educated or prepared for our audience and the specific issues impacting our business units. What I liked the most is the intense preparation, the relevance of the material, and the interactive delivery style. Chason was a great speaker, very entertaining and engaging. What do you dislike about Retensa?

What I liked least was the length of the session. I wish the speaker had 2 - 3 hours of presentation time. I feel like there is still so much more to learn from Chason. I don't really have anything specific that I didn't like about Retensa, Chason and his team did an outstanding job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Retensa:

I highly recommend allowing the speaker plenty of time for material presentation, participation from the audience, and then a long Q&A time. I would recommend allowing a minimum of 2 hours, but more would be even better. However, it did leave our attendees wanting more and hopefully that turns into a great positive for Retensa! What problems is Retensa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Retensa is helping us solve associate engagement and retention issues. Since COVID, and really even before, it is extremely difficult to retain and keep engaged great talent. Chason, from Retensa, was able to present relevant information with solid action items and key takeways that will directly benefit my business, the way I do business, and will have immediate impact on associate well-being.
