What do you dislike about Retensa?

Initially the update meetings did utilize the time more efficiently, but we provided that feedback and Retensa heard us and adjusted immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Retensa solving and how is that benefiting you?

We believed our high employee turnover was negatively affecting our business. We wanted to validate the cost of that turnover, the causes of it, and the cost to correct. Retensa scientifically found the answer to all 3, enabling us to feel confident about driving the employee retention related initiatives that make business sense.
