What do you like best about ReStore for Retail?

It's by far the best retail execution software I've ever come across. It's so easy for our in-store teams to use it and it gives us so much visibility at a support office level. Honestly, it's already delivered more value than I was expecting.

Prior to finding ReStore we were trying to manage comms, visual merchandising and store audits across a combo of about five different apps and messaging platforms. Now everything's all in one platform! I've also been able to customise the reporting so that now I can just send the Board a link to the live reporting dashboard rather than having to compile a whole bunch of different sources together.

It also integrates so easily with our broader retail management tech stack and is so much more cost effective than I thought a platform like this would be.

It took us so much less time to onboard than I was expecting as well and the ongoing support has been incredible. Honestly, never come across a more responsive team.

I'm super excited about the upcoming AI improvements. They're going tob bring a level of visual intelligence that we've only dreamed of before now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReStore for Retail?

Honestly... nothing. The in-store teams love it, we at the support/exec level love it... the mobile app and the web app both make it so easy for us to manage our retail execution across our entire store network now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReStore for Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?

ReStore for Retail is saving us so much time... but more importantly, it's giving us so much more certainty. Being able to track and see what's happening in each store every day in a way that's customised to what we need to track and see has been a huge gamechanger.

We've always had strong financial analytics/visibility but have never been able to tie the trends to what's actually happening in store in a way that allows us to make decisions to improve those finanical metrics. Now we can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
