What do you like best about Responder 5?

The responder five is an integrated program with our iPhones. When the call lights go off we can see exactly which room and can answer the call light from our phone. We can also answer it from the console at the nurses station. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Responder 5?

When the system goes down, it becomes very difficult to care for patients. Luckily, this rarely happen. I could do more related to the Internet versus the actual responder five program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Responder 5 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We currently only care for Covid patients on the unit responder five. We are able to see exactly what the patient needs without having to utilize PPE to enter the room. We can enter the room only when necessary to minimize exposure and decrease unnecessary PPE usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
