What do you like best about Resourcify?

Working in sustainable procurement, we chose Resourcify together with our sustainability and waste department colleagues. The platform is what the stakeholders in our company needed. The waste managers are more efficient handling their daily tasks and can finally have a full overview of the costs, the income from our recycling programs as well as the partners that we work with. The sustainability department is now able to look at waste and include this in their sustainability reports and strategies, which they weren't able to do before. What do you dislike about Resourcify?

Nothing to dislike. From the demo, to the signing of our contract all the way to the onboarding, the team at Resourcify has been extremely supportive and helpful. Being users for a few years now, whenever we have questions, we have a top customer success manager helping us all the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Resourcify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had many issues before using Resourcify but the main one was the fact that we had too many processes lying with different teams and there was no coordination or sync. This switched when we started with the platform as all of our users are now using the same tool and all data, waste handling, reports and partners are regrouped in a central place.
