What I truly loved about the software is its real-time sync within modules. For example, a single change in employee information in people module will be reflected in other modules where it applies like attendance or payroll or performance. So I don't have to go out of my way to update info everywhere.

Also love the bulk leave approval feature as it let's me approve multiple requests as an admin because of daily use. Makes it extremely easy to use.

The implementation team also deserves a round of applause honestly as they made the solution truly personalized to our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'll sound ungrateful for this but the depth of the software sometimes can cause confusion for a first-time user.
