What do you like best about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

I like that RM automatically saves my time when I document it throughout the day, without erasing. It is easy to make updates. It also shows how much time you should be documenting according to client contracts, which is helpful in staying organized and accountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Resource Management by Smartsheet?

Trying to navigate the system to find the timesheet portion is difficult. Smartsheet allows for a list of customizable workspaces, projects and services. Each selection will take you to a different Smartsheet, similar to an excel file. Finding the right project/service may be easier to find depending on how it is set up by the user. I wish the menu on the left would list the spreadsheets needed daily. There is a section for recent files, but I do not see the most recent smartsheet I have used. What problems is Resource Management by Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?
