I use Resource Management by Smartsheet to plan, allocate, and track people and work more efficiently across projects. It provides me a line of everyone's workload, helping me know who is free or overloaded. I like that it reduces chaos instead of causing one. The Schedule view is a great feature; it's my day-to-day operating screen. It shows me who is working on what and why, which I use to avoid trainer clashes and plan training batches correctly.
